Products purchased on https://misternaknits.com are sold directly by Mister Na Knits (“Mister Na Knits”, “Us”, “We”). Mister Na Knits is a Norwegian business whose contact email is misternaknits@proton.me.
1. Our Sales Policy
1.1 Mister Na Knits sells digital knitting patterns exclusively to consumers aged 18 years or older, for personal and lawful use only. If you are purchasing for commercial use, please contact us first for licensing information.
1.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 All offers, purchases, and deliveries made through this website are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. How to Order
2.1 Our website provides information about each digital knitting pattern, including size range, skill level, and required materials. Please read these details carefully before purchasing.
2.2 To order a product, add it to your cart, complete the checkout process, and submit payment.
2.3 After purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with your download link. Downloads are also accessible from your customer account if you created one at checkout.
3. Products & Pricing
3.1 All products sold on https://misternaknits.com are digital knitting patterns delivered via download, we do not sell physical products.
3.2 We make every effort to describe each product clearly and accurately, including size, construction method, and skill level. Images and colours shown may vary slightly depending on your device display.
3.3 All prices are shown in NOK and may change at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at checkout when you place your order.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment must be made at the time of order.
4.2 We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
4.3 All payment details are processed securely via Shopify’s payment gateway and are never stored by Mister Na Knits.
5. Digital Delivery
5.1 Upon confirmation of payment, your knitting pattern will be available for instant download via the order confirmation page and sent to your email.
5.2 Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays in receiving your pattern.
5.3 If you do not receive your download link within 1 hour of purchase, contact us at misternaknits@proton.me.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 In accordance with European consumer law, no returns or exchanges are accepted for digital downloads once the order is confirmed.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All knitting patterns and content on https://misternaknits.com are the property of Mister Na Knits and are protected by copyright law.
7.2 Patterns are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute the files in any form.
8. Recommendations
8.1 We sometimes suggest yarns, tools, or other supplies in our product descriptions. These are personal recommendations only, we are not currently paid or affiliated with any suppliers.
9. Privacy
9.1 We collect and store information necessary to process your order and deliver your digital products.
